Easy Fall Projects
I thought I would share some of my recent projects I've completed to add some fall decor.
I planted another terrarium this week and added a little Halloween flair....
by adding a few toy bugs. I painted the grasshopper and praying mantis to eliminate the bold toy colors.
I like how it looks next to the pumpkin I decoupaged last year and my sugar skull.
And here's my version of recycled beer bottles.
Just spray paint them white and decorate with a Sharpie.
I love recycling projects!

Felted sugar skulls
I'm getting into the fall/Halloween spirit and just recently created this garland.....

Lily's 1st Birtday♥
It started with a circus tent from IKEA. And then Lily's birthday gifts had a theme....
I see many more circus friends showing up for Christmas!

New items listed in Keeping Notes Studio Shop
I finished two new pieces for the shop. This pillow was inspired by a page in the Anthropologie Catalog. I love this store, their art direction in their store windows and catalog pages is truly something to admire.....
The pillow was hand drawn, then embroidered and fabric sewn in to fill in the rest of the picture: the steps and the walls.
The back and front frame is a heavier cotton canvas.
And another needle felted river stone mat.
And finally, I am working on Lily's first birthday presents. So far only the circus elephant is done.
